superb experience!

the staff was really friendly and helpful. rooms were very comfortable, and i liked the spa products offered. i also appreciated that the hotel was on the bus pick up route for airport shuttle and excursions. (this made things super convenient!)
the glass door to the bathroom was a design flaw for me. all sounds from the bathroom were audible, and light filled the bedroom. this affected sleep quality a bit.

breakfast didn't come included in the room price, but when i paid extra, the food tasted amazing. there were many vegan options on the spot, a very nice addition for all travellers with special eating habits.

The staff was very friendly and INCREDIBLY accommodating. They arranged a room for another night after our flight cancellation. They really were pretty good making us feel welcome. We very much enjoyed our stay!
The bathroom door had a frosted glass, light from the bathroom filled the bedroom. ALL sounds were audible in the bedroom.

i found the eclectic style comforting. the beds allowed for restful sleep, and the bathrooms were spacious with useful amenities. i especially liked the coffee offered near the reception desk and the convenient tour pick-up location. the staff were attentive to my needs.
the noise-isolation between rooms needs improvement. i could hear hallway conversations and cleaning activities early each morning. it made it difficult to sleep past 8am.

I found the hotel staff very accommodating. They allowed me access to my room earlier than the standard check-in time. coffee and tea were available throughout the day, a feature i definitely used! the hotel included parking, this proved very helpful. the central city was easily accessible from the hotel.
Sound isolation was not great. Hallway noise sometimes interrupted my sleep.
